Telcom is a CAT-B refurbishment of commercial office space within Ducie House in Picadilly, Manchester.

The project consisted of a full mechanical and electrical package; stunning Crittall glazing installation; a bespoke joinery package to create things like state-of-the-art meetings, board rooms with futuristic acoustic panelling and one-of-a-kind bespoke booth seating with upholstery; steel-fabricated overhead suspended glass racking; full interior planting installation; furniture package and all fixtures and fittings, and much more.
