Leaders in Care is a CAT-B refurbishment of commercial office space within Ducie House in Picadilly, Manchester.

The project consisted of a full mechanical and electrical package; a bespoke joinery package to create things like state-of-the-art cellular meeting rooms and board room; Crittall glazing installation; break-out areas with festoon lighting, fully functioning bar and pool area; full interior planting installation; furniture package and all fixtures and fittings.
